Delivery

This course is run in 3 half day sessions - all delivered remotely via zoom so can be accessed from your home or workplace. Group sessions are delivered by experienced professionals who have all run successful remote teams themselves.

Outcomes

Immediately following this course you will have:

  • Understanding of what makes remote teams function well
  • Greater understanding of team/colleagues needs and expectations
  • New skills in systems and processes proven to be effective in remote team collaboration and communication
  • Defined (or drafted) charter for remote team members to sign up to (or approve)

Pre-Requisites

There are no technical prerequisites for this course other than a basic understanding of browser based systems or IT workspaces e.g Google Workspace / MS Office
