The Coders Guild are hosting three events at the upcoming Leeds Digital Festival (20 Sep - 1 Oct) and we’d like to give you the opportunity to meet some of the best in the business. So here’s the lowdown:
Kicking off the Festival in style we are launching our Leeds LGBTQ+ Hack. This is an open call for anyone who wants to register a team to create an idea–it could be an app or a website, it could be a piece of music or baking a cake–anything which will make Leeds more inclusive for the Leeds LGBTQ+ community.
Register your team (before 1 October) and use your creative freedom to make Leeds a more inclusive city. Remember, it won’t just be good for LGBTQ+ employees and employers, it will have a hugely positive impact on the real lives of LGBTQ+ people around the world.
The Coders Guild knows society’s most underrepresented groups can become the digital industry’s future innovators.
Next up, we have our environment and sustainability experts giving you top tips on how to Reduce your Environmental Impact. Learn how to make simple changes at work and in life to make the world a better place. Be warned though: they’ll be releasing some killer environmental stats and facts.
