Intro to Source Control with Git
If you don't know about Source Control but you want to; work alongside people who use Source Control and you want to gain a better understanding; or are new to development and data then this is the course for you. Including:
- Software Testers
- Junior Developers
- Project Managers
- Data Analysts
- Understand the main elements of Git
- Feel comfortable using source control
- Gain confidence in the most common commands and uses
A super snappy short course covering the fundamentals of Git, how it works, and what it is. You’ll get to practice using GitHub to store some code and work collaboratively with other people.
This course generally runs over a single day. Can be classroom or remote delivery.
You need to have a basic understanding of code.
You do not need any formal qualifications, we are looking for aptitude and enthusiasm - If you have a passion for Git, that will be enough for us.
