- A rollout approach that brings the whole team along, not just the enthusiasts
- How to set up projects, skills and shared context so nobody starts from scratch
- What's worth automating first, and what to leave alone
- What you're granting when you connect AI to your tools, and how to do it safely
- The thinking behind automation that delivers work a small team couldn't otherwise afford
Live and free, alternate Tuesdays at 12:30. Each one stands alone, so join the ones that fit – together they make the full picture.
What does an AI native business look like?
Short, practical and free. These aren’t pitch sessions. Every other week, one of us walks through something we’ve built or a problem we’ve worked through, the same way we’d show a colleague. No hard sell.
AI native is the stage where the tool stops being the story. The knowledge, skills and processes you’ve built around it do the work, and swapping tools wouldn’t undo the gain. That’s where this series takes you. You’ll see a lot of Claude in our examples, because that’s what we run on, but the thinking transfers.
We wrote the standard.
Crispin led the R&D to create the UK’s Level 4 AI and Automation apprenticeship with Skills England. This is how we run ourselves.
Everything in the series comes from our own day to day, where these ways of working get us 50-60% uplift in productivity and efficiency.
We’re after the return.
Twenty minutes to half an hour of your time, aimed at a real gain for your business, not training for its own sake.Six sessions, one sign-up, starts Tuesday 15th September.
