Transform Your Product Insights into Leadership | Free Training

Your product leadership journey might have already started even if you don't have "product" in your job title. With our new Product Vision & CX course (free in West Yorkshire) and the fully-funded Digital Product Manager apprenticeship, you can transform that natural ability into recognised leadership.

The Voice in Your Head

It probably happens at least once a week. You're in a meeting, or talking to users, or reviewing some data, and you see it a clear opportunity for the product. A way to solve a problem that nobody else has spotted. But then that familiar thought creeps in: "Well, I'm not really the product person here…"

Sound familiar? You're not alone. And you might be selling yourself short.

The Expertise You Didn't Know You Had

Think about your last week at work. If you're a UX designer, you've probably spent hours understanding user needs, spotting patterns, and thinking about how to make things better. As a business analyst, you've likely connected dots between different parts of the business that nobody else sees. Project managers, you're constantly balancing competing needs and spotting strategic opportunities. And engineers? You understand what's possible in ways that traditional product managers can only dream of.

These aren't just job skills they're the building blocks of product leadership.

When Your "Disadvantage" Is Actually Your Superpower

Here's a secret that experienced product leaders know: the best product insights rarely come from sitting in strategy meetings. They come from the trenches from people who understand how things really work.

The truth is, you probably already have many of the skills needed for product leadership. Strategic thinking? You do it daily. Problem analysis? It's second nature. Stakeholder management? Please you navigate complex relationships all the time.

What you might be missing isn't ability it's framework and confidence. That's where our new training programs come in.

Your Path to Product Leadership

We're launching two pathways to develop your product leadership potential, each designed to work alongside your current role:

Product Vision, UX & CX: Lead Product Development with Vision and Customer-Centric Design

This focused 4-week course, free for West Yorkshire residents, helps you develop the strategic and customer-centric thinking needed in modern product development. You'll learn how to:

  • Shape product vision that responds to real user needs
  • Apply customer-centric design principles to product decisions
  • Transform user insights into strategic direction
  • Build confidence in your product leadership voice

Level 4 Digital Product Manager Apprenticeship

For those ready to fully step into product leadership, this comprehensive qualification offers a recognized path to becoming a certified Digital Product Manager. Completed in as little as 8 months while you work, this government-funded program includes:

  • Professional coaching and mentoring
  • Practical application in your current role
  • Industry-recognized qualification
  • Structured development of product management competencies

Both paths are fully funded, meaning you can develop your product leadership capabilities without financial barriers.

From Insight to Leadership: Your Journey

Imagine transforming your day-to-day product insights into recognized strategic leadership. Whether you're currently spotting opportunities in user research, seeing patterns in business data, or identifying technical possibilities, your perspective is valuable and with the right development, it could be transformative.

This is why we've developed these new programs. We believe that product leadership shouldn't be limited to those with the right job title. It should be accessible to anyone with the insight, drive, and potential to shape better products.

Be Part of Something New

You'll be among the first to benefit from these newly developed programs, designed specifically to bridge the gap between informal product influence and recognized product leadership. Whether you choose the intensive 4-week course or the comprehensive apprenticeship path, you'll be pioneering a new approach to product leadership development.

Your Next Step

You don't need permission to think strategically about products. You don't need a title change to spot opportunities. And with the right training, you don't need to hold back your insights anymore.
