Are you an organised person with good attention to detail who likes to drive a project forwards? Can you keep communication flowing? You probably have transferable skills you didn’t even know would be relevant in a tech company.

We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to get into a tech company. Adapting your existing skills to a new industry is not difficult. Employers value and need things like teamwork, organisation and communication. Customer service skills and attention to detail. We’ll give you training in the digital tools and skills that make your existing and transferable skills shine.

People often think the only way to work in the tech industry is to be a coder, designer or developer. This is not true. There is a huge demand for people, like you, with transferable skills to make sure that digital projects stay on track and on time.  You’ll lead on communications to keep teams, clients and stakeholders happy.

In this course we will demonstrate the core skills that will help you take your first steps into the tech industry, starting with discovering what non-tech job roles you can apply for. The tech world is booming - and it’s not just coders and data engineers that drive this forward. There are many other roles in tech companies - operations, support, project management, account management - all with good paths for ongoing progression and opportunities to develop your skills and career.

I'd recommend it absolutely! Mainly because of the trainers that are involved. They were really knowledgable, they were always available to answer any questions and stuff outside the sessions.

Rachael Lawlor

The Coders Guild gave me the confidence to find a role in tech and to pursue a dream job! The course was easy to follow and had lots of interactive bits too. I have ended up getting a role with a prestigious betting and gaming company all thanks to the Coders Guild
